DESCRIPTION:Dear Colleagues and Friends\, \nThe Young Neurosurgeons (YNS) committees of the EANS and ACNS are excited to announce the 3rd ACNS-EANS World Congress of Young Neurosurgeons that will take place from 12-14 October 2024 in Sofia\, Bulgaria\, partially overlapped with the 2024 EANS Annual Congress. \nThe 3rd World YNS Congress will be jointly organized by the YNS Committees of the EANS and ACNS\, but representatives from all Continental Societies are welcomed and invited to the Congress to meet each other. \nThe aim of the congress is to promote a new global event for education and training of young neurosurgeons. By bringing people from different continents\, we aim to create a global workforce to help young neurosurgeons across the globe updating their knowledge on modern and cutting-edge techniques and strategies in neurosurgery. \nThe topics of the 3rd World YNS Congress will cover almost all fields of neurosurgery. DESCRIPTION:Queridos colegas neurocirujanos de Latinoamérica: \nEn nombre de la Sociedad de Neurocirugía de Chile y de la Federación Latinoamericana de Sociedades de Neurocirugía (FLANC)\, queremos invitarlos a Chile a participar del Congreso Latinoamericano de Neurocirugía (CLAN)\, que se realizará del 20 al 25 de octubre de 2024 en Santiago de Chile. La sede oficial del Congreso será el Hotel Sheraton San Cristóbal\, uno de los más grandes y reconocidos de la nación. \nComo sociedad de neurocirugía\, estamos poniendo a disposición toda nuestra capacidad logística y de trabajo en equipo administrativo y profesional para una óptima organización del CLAN. Este encuentro tiene un significado muy especial para nosotros. Hace 25 años que no se realizaba un CLAN en nuestro país. El último Congreso organizado acá fue el año 1998\, un cuarto de siglo en el que el mundo ha cambiado mucho\, así como la Neurocirugía ya no es la misma que hace un par de décadas. \n\nVer sitio web aquí\n\nCLAN 2024 será de un alto nivel científico con la colaboración internacional de los distintos capítulos de FLANC. Tendrán lugar todas las subespecialidades de la neurocirugía\, con amplia participación de neurocirujanos de Latinoamérica y neurocirujanos del resto del mundo de primer nivel. Organizaremos cursos precongresos\, tanto teóricos como prácticos\, de muy buena calidad. Bajo el lema “Integración y Evolución en Neurocirugía”\, esperamos brindarles una experiencia de formación de avanzada\, así como renovar y establecer lazos entre las sociedades de toda Latinoamérica con el fin de potenciar la profesión en la Región y en el mundo. \nEstamos preparando un programa social\, cultural y turístico que no olvidarán. Tendrán la oportunidad de conocer la Estancia El Cuadro\, el Centro Enoturístico de Casablanca\, donde encontrarán un espectacular y moderno Centro de Eventos a tan sólo minutos de Santiago y Viña del Mar. Un lugar inigualable\, rodeado de maravillosos paisajes y entretenidas actividades guiadas por expertos\, con quienes conocerán la forma de elaborar los mostos y de degustarlos. Allí conocerán también parte de la gastronomía de Chile\, una oferta de fusión de lo criollo\, de lo chileno\, de lo americano\, con la influencia gastronómica internacional. \nFinalmente\, para quienes así lo quieran\, podrán aprovechar de conocer uno de los países con mayor diversidad turística del mundo.
